Our 57th Show - Updated set-up news

Annually we organise our Open Flower Show, featuring the National Begonia Society’s South West Regional Show. With it being 200 years of Appledore Lifeboat our fFloral Art will reflect this and we hope to have an opener from the Lifeboat Guild.

Thankfully this year we are able to run the show once again and as there is no Market Day currently on a Saturday enabling us to set the show tabling up well in advance of exhibits arriving. We will be setting out tables and bringing in any equipment needed on Friday afternoon 15th August from 3.00pm after which we have use of the hall. Covering the tables and marking out classes is from 10.00am on Saturday. Any help will needed and appreciated. We have similar access in 2025 and have booked the hall in order to set up on Saturday 16th August. Tabling is now largely in-situ to enable quick setting up and marking out. Some items will still be needed from our store area

Schedules are ready for download. In the meantime last years schedule is available to view but there are some changes for Floral Art and Cookery sections.
