Our 56th Show - Updated set-up news

Annually we organise our Open Flower Show, featuring the National Begonia Society’s South West Regional Show. This one will be our 40th at The Pannier Market and we have access all day on 17th to set up the tables and mark out the show. We have a  good friend and local councillor Simon Inch to open the show  for us.

Thankfully this year we are able to run the show once again and as there is no Market Day currently on a Saturday enabling us to set the show tabling up well in advance of exhibits arriving. We will be setting out tables and bringing in any equipment needed on Friday afternoon 16th August from 2.00pm after which we have use of the hall. Covering the tables and marking out classes is from 10.00am on Saturday. Any help will needed and appreciated. We have similar access in 2024 and have booked the hall in order to set up on Saturday 17th August. Tabling is now largely in-situ to enable quick setting up and marking out. Some items will still be needed from our store area

Schedules are ready for download. In the meantime last years schedule is available to view but there are some changes for Floral Art and Cookery sections.
